During my stay at this wonderful establishment, Mr Silveira from the reception went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering valuable tips, lending plug adapters and an umbrella, and even providing excellent restaurant recommendations. The comfortable bed exceeded all my expectations and certainly contributed to a restful stay.The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly impressed me. Every aspect of my favorite amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, convenient luggage storage, and a no-smoking policy, was meticulously taken care of. Obrigado pela atenção, indeed!
